- This event is best suited for children aged 3 years and up.
- Children under 16 years must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Trained Monsterball staff will be onsite to supervise activities; however parents/guardians must remain actively responsible for their children.
- Monster Beach Club is a card-only, cash-free event.
- Tickets allow children to enjoy up to the allocated play time. Arrival is flexible during event hours unless otherwise stated.
- All equipment is professionally maintained and fully insured for your peace of mind.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You can show your ticket QR code on your phone at check-in.
Do parents or guardians need a ticket?
No, supervising parents and guardians attend free and do not require a ticket. Only children participating in the activities need a ticket.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend.
What happens if we arrive late?
There are no set session times, so you can arrive anytime during event hours. Tickets allow up to 2 hours of play, however if you arrive later in the day and are unable to use the full 2 hours before closing, this cannot be guaranteed or refunded.

How long can my child play?
The event runs from 10:00am – 3:00pm. Tickets allow up to 2 hours of play, and you’re welcome to arrive anytime during the day and join in when it suits you.
Is there a maximum capacity?
Yes. For safety reasons, numbers are limited.
Safety & Supervision
Is this event safe?
Yes. All equipment is professionally maintained and fully insured. Trained staff supervise activity zones and conduct safety checks throughout the day.
Will staff be supervising the equipment?
Yes. Monsterball staff will supervise all inflatable zones. However, parents and guardians must still actively supervise their children at all times.
Are there any height or weight restrictions?
Yes. Some inflatables may have height or weight limits for safety. Get in touch with us, if you need more info.

Activities are best suited for children aged 3 years and older.

What to Bring
What should children wear?
We recommend comfortable clothes suitable for active play. Beachwear is fine. Sunscreen and a hat are strongly recommended. A change of clothes is also recommended
Do kids need to wear socks on the inflatables?
Yes. For safety and comfort, children will need to remove their shoes and wear socks on inflatables.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks. Please keep the area tidy and dispose of rubbish responsibly.

Are there toilets nearby?
Yes. Public toilets can be found at Middleton Beach.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Parking is available at Middleton Beach. We recommend arriving early during peak times, especially on busy event days.
Will there be any relaxing areas?
Yes, we will have tables and chairs available for you to use while you relax or watch the kids play.
Is food available onsite?
Yes, a food truck will be nearby, so you can grab snacks and refreshments before, during or after your session.
Payments
Can I pay cash on the day?
No, Monster Beach Club is a cash-free event. Card payments only through our ticketing system.
Weather & Cancellations
Will the event still run if it’s windy?
Light wind is usually fine, however inflatables may be paused if conditions become unsafe.
What happens if an inflatable needs to shut down temporarily?
For safety reasons, inflatables may be paused at any time due to weather.
What if the event is cancelled?
If the event is cancelled due to weather, all tickets will be transferred to another session or refunded in full. Any refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours.
If you cancel your ticket yourself, there are no refunds, but you may be able to transfer your ticket to another person.
