Thursday On York

An Evening of Fun for the Whole Family

Join us every Thursday from September to May 2026 for Thursdays on York a vibrant, family friendly street event designed to bring the community together in the heart of Albany.

Expect:

• Amusements and inflatables for kids (including jumping castles, obstacle course, fun rides)

• Market stalls with local makers and food vans

• A relaxed after-work/early-evening atmosphere where you can catch up with friends, grab a snack and wander through the stalls before heading into York Street for dinner and late-night trading

Entry for all is free. If your child wants unlimited access to the amusements from 4pm-8pm, simply secure a wristband ticket (priced at $15) on the day or online.

If you purchase online, simply bring your ticket along to the event and collect your wristband and glow wand from the Soda & Candy Van.

You can also purchase tickets directly from the Soda & Candy Van on the day.

🕓 Time: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm (Every Thursday, September–May except December 4th and January 11th)
🎟️ Admission: Free entry. Wristband tickets for unlimited rides/activities available for children (on-site or online).
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Note: Adult supervision required for children under 12.

Inflatable Fun For Family

At Thursdays on York, you’ll find a great selection of Monsterball’s inflatables and amusements, from bouncy castles and slides to interactive obstacle courses and sports challenges. We regularly rotate our inflatable lineup to keep things exciting: offering new styles and sizes that suit toddlers, teens, and adults alike.

Whether it’s the crowd favourite Finn the Whale, our giant obstacle course, or the little Pirate Bouncy Castle, there’s always something fresh to enjoy! Our goal is to make every Thursday a new adventure, filled with safe, high-energy fun for everyone.

What to Bring

• Comfortable shoes (you’ll be walking around the market area)

• A pair of socks to use the inflatables & change of clothes in case.

• A reusable bag for purchases

• A spirit of fun!

T&Cs:

· Tickets are to be single-use only and are nontransferable to another date unless there has been a delay due to weather.

· Adult supervision for all children under 12 is essential.

· If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions, all tickets purchased will roll over to the next event.

· The fee of $15 + GST and booking fee is for access to the amusements only and is for an unlimited amount of rides/ activities within the timeframe and date of the event that the ticket is purchased for.

· Ticket prices on the day of the event may be less than tickets bought online due to online sales platform costs.
